I love this app!

I highly recommend it to any student looking to save money on everyday purchases!

Doesn't work if your school email won't receive emails from outside email addresses.

When I click on an offer, I would be better if the Save/Favorite Brand was on that page as well instead of clicking on the brand image and doing it on that page.

Worst app ever.

The codes never work!

I honestly don’t have that much against the app. Rather the service from the employees. I had to re-verify my account and I provided up to date information yet the individual did not find it sufficient. Must I reach out to my dean to get me a personal letter to prove my academic status?? I have tried to reach out to speak to there support team via phone call and this particular employee Rayees will not cooperate. Disappointed.

My app shows error continuously. Doesn’t even open the app. I can’t open my unidays id. Such a shame.

It still made me download the app after I signed in on my personal computer, and it didn’t even work.

So much discounts

I am not one to write a review at any given moment, however, the customer service support team has not been helpful. My verification process did not work, so I contacted customer support in order to get verified. They require several requirements, and I met each requirement and criteria. They proceeded to state that I did not meet the requirements at all. I used several certified documents from college and other verified institutions and they were all rejected. The problem is most replies from their customer service are the same and it is not as helpful. I have made several attempts and they have seemed to not be acknowledged based on the responses of the customer service. I ponder whether the documents I sent are actually being reviewed or not. I hope in the future they can improve and allow some time to reflect on how their customer service is now and what it may look like later on. Currently I am waiting for them to elaborate on what was wrong with the documents I sent them when it each all criteria. In addition, I will acknowledge that if other people have been able to be verified, my case might not happen to those who read or attempt to verify! So good luck to everyone and appreciate their access to student discounts. Thank you UniDAYS, I hope my issue as well as others can be resolved.

First I thought that this might be a good thing. But when I tried to verify my School ID, they kept on saying that it doesn’t have all the information needed. I have an active school ID with all the details they need, but it wasn’t enough for them. I asked for their phone number- no response.

I have a unidays account, though the conformation email never makes it to my address nor does mine go to it. I try logging into the website and no matter what the captcha keeps resetting. Now the app doesn’t even search the schools at all.

Links do not work. Constantly receiving error messages

I thought with all these reviews this thing would be legit, but guess not. I had this thing on the app where it said one month free trial of Apple Music. I had an Apple Music subscription of a 3 month free trial (came with getting AirPods) that was coming to an end. I ended it, clicked the sites link, verified my student identity and they literally just signed me up for the student priced subscription and charged me. Don’t know why I actually believed something like this.

I love this app. Gives me deals on things I use all the time. An absolute life saver!

I just got this app a few months ago and I was really impressed with how great the deals were for places I love to shop! It ranges from 10-20% off on good brands! I found this app from Lemon8 and it’s been the best app so far, this is from a student who NEEDS discounts.

love the deals they give this app is so worth it and also the fact that it gives high schoolers a student discount !! usually it’s only for university kids so i love them for that

Read the fine print

None of the codes are loading. I’ve tried logging in from a browser too. Technical issues need to be fixed ASAP

The perks are fine until you have to reverify. They have no phone support and their online support system is poor and unhelpful. Responses to them result in form letters.

Does not let me use my real school email bc it “looks” fake?? But they had my school up there for the discounts

Half of them do not load correctly

Customer service is really bad! They keep send me the same automated email over and over again! I had my student ID with every information that they need, however the email says I needed additional information and when I sent that they send the same automated email. The APP has been displaying “An error has occurred. We’re working to get it fixed, please try later” for days now.

I’m trying to do my Hulu account but the link doesn’t work or maybe it’s my phone I tap the “Get this Deal” and it doesn’t work.

This is absolutely stupid. So they asked for my chosen name, my birth date, and my student ID. Sent them the information requested as my student ID card. Got an email from support saying they need additional documents - sent the additional documents and explained that I am nonbinary (falls under trans spectrum) and so I prefer to use the name (putting xyz here because I don't want to use my real name here.) So instead of using my chosen name, in each email they deadname me. They keep finding problems with the documents like "This doesn't show you're enrolled in the current semester" yes, it does, but I guess they can't read. Last document I sent them was my student ID (front and back again) that has my chosen name - the name on the account. Then I sent a legal, official document that is above school district that says yes, I go to school "zba" and I enrolled on (insert date), the semester officially started (insert date), and it will end in december on (insert december date). In the email I explained "Hey, I'm nonbinary. ID has the name I prefer to choose - official school document has legal name because it is a legal document and I can't afford to change my name." Expected this to be fine, since common sense says that it has the same student ID number on the card as it does on the document, so common sense says that these two names that have the same last name, same birthday, same student email (yes I also sent them proof I can get into my student email), must be the same person, right? RIGHT???? "Hi (deadname), we cannot verify the account since the names don't match." NO DUH SHERLOCK. I EXPLAINED TO YOU WHY THEY DON'T MATCH SEVERAL TIMES AND YOU KEEP DEADNAMING ME. Tldr; don't use this app if you're gender non-conforming (nonbinary, trans, genderfluid, etc.) because if your chosen name isn't your deadname/legal name (as it usually isn't), they won't verify you. They will make you go in circles sending document after document and keep reminding them what you identify as and what your chosen name is, only to not verify you. Waste of absolute time.

I downloaded this App because it says discount in everything and when I tried to enter the discount codes in some shoes it says that doesn’t apply for certain models…

I can’t believe all the sexual and mature content on this app that’s targeted for students. Disgusting.

Great for students and parents not matter the age.

I never write reviews or anything but oh my god the customer support was so frustrating I want people to know. I am a student, so I sent my student ID from my institution which had all the required information they needed except for my current academic year as that is simply not included on it. I then sent my online admission letter because that’s what I had available, and it had all the information. However, I'm about to go into my “junior” year after this summer, so it did not have this current academic year but the one I enrolled in. I pressed verify about 15x nonstop before I contacted their support. I emailed them from both my school and personal email but they still couldn’t get it together. I wish I could give zero stars, but I can’t; they are so incompetent, useless, and rude it is actually laughable. I was under the impression this would be so easy as that’s what they advertise, but boy was I wrong. Please just be careful sharing your information because at the end they will still find something wrong with whatever it is you sent them.

Nothing I found in this app

Loved this app, but recently they are losing all the great stores! Not only that, but the codes they do have don’t even work! So many rules and stuff in order to even to use the discount on most the sites. They lost Verizon which was a HUGE let down. I hope they work on this, it seems like every time I want to use it, I can’t.

Amazingly incomprehensible employees. For some reason unknown to me, the attached student ID does not suit them. The ID was issued by the college; it is not clear why this is not a document. Again they recruited support from other countries.

Very useful for students

I wanted to get Reebok and the code is not available when it says it’s 50% promo. This is whack.

I have sent everything I have regarding my acceptance into a college and my account can still not be verified…
